We meet each Sunday at 10am and we also stream our meeting live on YouTube for those who can’t attend. Our Sunday morning meetings are a really important part of life at ChristChurch. They are the opportunity to gather as a whole church family. We are a multi-generational community with an age range from newborns to people in their 80s. We love to worship God and enjoy His presence amongst us. We also have a very high view of the Bible, believing it is God’s word that, when read and preached, can be truly life-transforming. We provide a full children’s programme and, at the end of the meeting we serve tea and coffee, which is a great opportunity for people to chat and get to know one another.
ChristChurch runs a great children’s programme every Sunday morning. We run a crèche for under 2s, a Preschool to Reception group (Little Sparks) and a Year 1 – Year 6 group (Generators). Our youth stay in the meeting with us, and we provide helpful study notes each week so they can follow the preach and apply it to their lives. Our aim is not simply to provide a safe place for children and young people to be well cared for during the preaching, but to provide a context where they can encounter God themselves in a life-changing way.
We take the safeguarding of our children and young people very seriously. To view our Safeguarding Policy please click here. Our policies are reviewed by our Safeguarding Board and approved by our trustees annually and we also ensure all our children’s workers and youth workers undergo an enhanced DBS check.
